Money is counted in numbers, but our relationship with it is shaped by stories. Family experience, community expectations, and media all influence what we consider security, ambition, and success.
Define the goal before the measure
A larger balance is not a complete definition of a better life. Time, resilience, relationships, and meaningful work can also matter. Being clear about the goal helps us choose measures that reflect what we actually value.
Leave room for different answers
No single story of wealth fits everyone. Listening to different experiences can challenge assumptions without dismissing personal goals. The conversation becomes richer when success is treated as a question, not a universal formula.
